- Disconnect the AC-Cable
- Turn off the computer
- Remove the battery
- Connect the AC cord
- Turn on the computer
- Go to "Device Manager" (Device Manager) and Under the Batteries category, click "Microsoft ACPI Compliant Control Method Battery" and select Uninstall.battery does not charge
- Turn off the computer
- Disconnect the AC cord
- Insert the battery
- Connect the AC cord
- Turn on quipo
